Flexible mould for muffins, from the "Moul'flex" range produced by de Buyer, is the ideal solution for quickly preparing delicious cakes with a perfect shape.

Made from platinum silicone resistant to temperatures between -40°C and +280°C, the mould offers excellent conductivity for both low temperatures and heat. Thanks to the material, baked goods will not stick to its surface, and due to its elasticity, they can be removed from the mould extremely easily.

It can be used in a conventional oven, a microwave oven, or even in a bain-marie.

It is recommended to place it on a perforated tray before putting it in the oven. Clean only manually.
