The flexible mould for mini-madeleine, from the "Elastomoule" range, the de Buyer brand is the ideal solution to quickly prepare delicious and perfectly-shaped cakes.

The flexible mould is made from silicone with metal powder, withstands temperatures between -70°C and +300°C and has excellent conductivity of low temperature and heat. Thanks to the mould material, the cakes will not stick to its surface, and the elasticity of the mould will allow the cakes to be removed easily.

The flexible mould can be used both in the traditional oven and in bain-marie. We advise you to grease this flexible mould with fat when using it.

It is recommended to place the flexible mould on a perforated tray before putting in the oven. Do not use the mould on the grill or in the microwave. Do not use sharp objects when handling the flexible mould. To be cleaned only by hand.
