Silicone mold for 8 madlenes, 21 x 17.6 cm - "de Buyer" brand

The flexible mould for madlenes, with 8 compartments, from the "Elastomoule" range, de Buyer brand, is perfect to quickly prepare delicious and fluffy cakes.  

The mould is made from silicone with metal powder, withstanding temperatures between -70°C and +300°C, has an excellent thermal conductivity of both for low temperatures and heat. Thanks to the material of the mould, the cakes will not stick to its surface, and thanks to its elasticity, they will be extremely easy to take out from the mould.

The flexible mould can be used both in the traditional oven and in bain-marie. We advise you to use grease when baking in this flexible mould.

It is recommended to put the mould on a perforated tray before putting it in the oven. Do not use the mould on grill or in microwave. Do not use sharp objects when handling the mould. The product is cleaned only manually.
