Zwilling's Nakiri knife, with long blade of 17 cm, made from N60 stainless steel.
N60 stainless steel is corrosion resistant and distinguished by its special combination of chrome and carbon. It has a very fine structure and is hardened through the FRIODUR® cryogenic process at temperatures of -70 °C, resulting in an ultra-sharp and strong blade.
The Nakiri knife is a traditional Japanese cleaver ideal for chopping vegetables. Durable, lightweight and extremely comfortable to use, Zwilling's Twin Fin II range of Japanese knives are corrosion resistant and very easy to maintain.
The ergonomic 18/10 stainless steel handle offers comfort and safety during use.
Can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
