Professional frying pan, produced by de Buyer, diameter 20 cm, height 3.5 cm, made from 5 mm thick aluminium. It features a 5-layer PTFE non-stick coating that does not contain PFOA and offers increased scratch resistance.

This frying pan is ideal for cooking delicate dishes and reheating them before serving.

The "Lyonnaise" profile of the frying pan, with its sloping and rounded sides that do not have sharp angles, allows for easy transfer of food from the frying pan to the plate or serving dish.

The exterior of the frying pan has a specially designed stainless steel layer for induction, featuring a honeycomb structure that helps distribute heat more evenly.

The frying pan's handle is very sturdy, made from steel and attached with rivets.

It can be used on all types of stovetops, including induction.

Do not overheat or heat the frying pan when empty. Do not use metal utensils in the frying pan.
