Removable-base perforated mould, made of stainless steel, dimension 26 x 10.3 cm, with baking paper included, de Buyer brand

This mould is ideal for baking cakes, fruitcakes or bread. 

Suitable for intensive professional use, cold or hot use, without temperature limit. 

Pastries will be perfectly baked and even, thanks to the Ø 2-mm perforations located all over the mould surface. 

The removable base allows for easy cleaning. The mould is dishwasher-safe. 

This mould is supplied with 2 baking papers that can be reused over 200 times. Use temperature from -170 to +260°C.
