The professional Roller Grill RFE 12 fryer is specially designed for intensive use in a restaurant.

The automatic system for decanting food remnants and directing them to a "cold area", where the oil temperature is only 75°C, and the remnants do not get charred and do not develop odor nor taste, keeps the oil clean for longer and thus allows frying of various foods successively.

The fryer is equipped with a thermostat that regulates the temperature between 0-180˚C and a safety thermostat that cuts off power in case of overheating or in case the fryer has been turned on without oil. After detecting and solving the problem that led to the interruption of operation, the thermostat can be reset by pressing the red button.

The oil container is made of stainless steel and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

The heating element is completely detachable to facilitate the cleaning of the fryer.

Emptying the fryer is can be done easily and safely. The oil container is specially designed with a tilt that directs the flow to the front valve.

The oil container is equipped with a drain.

The fryer can prepare 12 kilograms of French fries per hour.

Optional: the fryer can be used together with the MS-RFG 12 stainless steel cabinet, with the magnet door. The cabinet is available separately.
