The oven dish has wide edges for a good gripping/handling, and its depth makes it ideal to prepare lasagna, steaks or for gratination. 

HR® ceramics (High Resistance) - developed in Emile Henry laboratories - withstands temperatures up to 270 °C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the oven dish. The enamel used to finish the product protects it from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly into the oven dish without scratching the product), making it possible to wash it in the dishwasher.
