Emile Henry glazed ceramic is naturally non-stick and scratch-resistant. The serving dish can even be cleaned with scouring pads or steel wool. Its ultra-smooth surface allows residue to be easily removed by soaking or dry scrubbing with an abrasive sponge.
If a few crumbs dare to stick to the dish, the dishwasher will remove them effortlessly.
