The Staub products are made from a very good quality cast iron.

Due to their performance, Staub cooking pots are used by the most famous chefs in the world.

Features:
- The tray is matte black enamelled on the inside.
- The heat is distributed over the entire surface of the tray, which prevents the burning of food.
- They are very resistant to chipping.

Recommendations:
- The tray must be heated gradually and it is recommended that you cook over moderate heat – it helps to intensify the flavours.
- Use oil when cooking – the oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the enamel matte and will create a smooth natural non-stick surface. That is why the Staub cookware get better and better as the years go by, as you use them.

The tray can be used on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.

The tray is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
