Better than the original Italian pasta is fresh pasta, prepared by you, at home! 

With the set of accessories put into operation by the kitchen mixers, KitchenAid brand, you prepare your favorite pasta on your own, from dough to recipe. 

The set consists of 3 stainless steel pieces, manufactured in Italy: an attachment for preparing the pasta dough sheet, which can smoothen sheets up to 140 mm wide and 2 attachments (cutters) to form 6 mm-wide tagliatelle and 2 mm-wide spaghetti.

The pasta dough is smoothened and stretched, having 8 different thicknesses, the attachment having 8 adjustable settings. To obtain a sheet of normal thickness, you use the setting 1 or 2 and by using the settings between 3 to 8, the attachment smoothens the dough for a wide range of uses: very thin sheets for noodles, medium thick sheets for lasagna and thin sheets for linguini pasta.

Being attached to kitchen mixers, KitchenAid brand, the set works independently and gives you freedom of movement, letting your hands free to handle the sheets of dough or the freshly formed pasta.

The set also includes a cleaning brush for attachments, as they should not be washed in the dishwasher, nor immersed under water.
