The Zirlion mechanism of the salt mill, made of zirconium, an innovation from Peugeot Research and Development, delivers extremely fine powdered salt, enhancing flavour while reducing the amount used. 
Equipped with the exclusive Peugeot u'Select system, the mills feature 6 grind settings to adjust the texture of peppercorns and salt from coarse to fine. Like all Peugeot salt and peppercorn mills, the Zirlion salt mechanism, made of zirconium comes with a lifetime guarantee.
