Sous Vide cooking is now simple with the ZWILLING ENFINIGY Sous Vide appliance!

"Sous vide" or vacuum cooking is traditionally used to cook meat and fish, but vegetables and fruit can also be cooked through this method. The food is safely packed in a vacuum bag. The ideal cooking temperature for each food is maintained throughout the cooking period, allowing for particularly gentle and even cooking.

The compact and practical appliance not only controls water temperature and cooking time – it's also easy to use: set the desired temperature and cooking time on the LED touchscreen and let the appliance do the rest.

Thanks to the small temperature steps of 0.5 °C and an accuracy of +/- 0.1 °C-0.2 °C between 40 and 70 °C, you can set your sous-vide stick precisely. While you concentrate on other tasks in the kitchen, the timer function (range 0 -99:59 hours) keeps track of cooking time. After cooking, the appliance beeps and switches off automatically.

About Sous Vide cooking

Sous-vide is a cooking method in which fish, meat, or vegetables are vacuum-packed and cooked in a water bath at the lowest possible optimal temperature. When vacuum-packing, you lock all the flavours in the bag and prevent them from evaporating into the air or water. Sous-vide gives you a more intense taste experience, whether you're cooking meat, fish, or vegetables.

Sous-vide becomes an easier cooking method with the vacuum pump and bags Fresh & Save, and of course the Enfinigy Sous Vide appliance. Fill a cooking pot with water, attach the appliance to the rim of the cooking pot and set the cooking time and temperature – when the water temperature has been reached, place the vacuum bags in the water until the time runs up.
