FLAME® ceramic developed in Emile Henry's laboratories can withstand temperatures up to 450 °C and combines all the benefits of the highest quality ceramic dishes that can be placed on the flame: perfect cooking, respect for ingredients, well-preserved flavours/aroma. The glaze used to finish the cooking pot protects it from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly on the cooking pot without scratching the product) making it possible to wash it in the dishwasher. 30% lighter than other metal cookware, Flame® cookware can be used both on the flame and in the oven, including the microwave. They can be put straight from the fridge or freezer into the oven without spoiling, and then immediately on the table. These products are durable, resisting strong mechanical shocks and keep food warm for a long time.

Warranty lasts 10 years.
