The enamel used in finishing the tagine is very resistant, making it dishwasher-safe.

Being by 30% lighter than metal cookware, the cookware made of Flame® ceramics can be used over flame and in the oven, including microwave. They can be transferred from refrigerator or freezer, directly into the oven, without getting damaged and then onto the table. They are durable, withstanding strong mechanical shocks and keep food warm for longer.

Ceramics does not contain harmful metals and is 100% food safe; it does not fade over time, giving you a wide variety of colors that last.
