Ideal product for baking traditional tarts, tart bases, quiche or pies.
The tart mould is robust, non-deformable, with non-stick coating. The tart mould diffuses the heat evenly, resulting in pastry products with balanced consistency and crispy crust.
Excellent baking results thanks to the steel: the tart mould reaches high temperatures, allowing the juices to caramelize (the Maillard reaction).
Tip: grease the baking mould before use or use baking paper.
To be used in the traditional oven at temperature of up to 220°C.
Care: wipe after use. Lightly grease the surface to protect the steel. To keep in a dry place.
The tart mould shall not be cleaned in dishwasher. Do not wash this product with dishwashing detergent.
