This combination of 5 different alloys, including aluminium with a thickness of 2.5 mm, ensures a uniform distribution of heat over the entire surface of the tray.

Silvinox® is a unique electrochemical treatment, created in the Demeyere laboratories, that improves the material, being more resistant to fingerprints, acidic foods or aggressive cleaning products. Ergonomic handles are made from 18/10 stainless steel and remain cold for longer on the electric hobs. Ultra-solid welded handles prevent the accumulation of leftovers, guaranteeing a hygienic cooking process.
