Staub products are manufactured from cast iron of very good quality with increased resistance to scratching and chipping, they are easy to clean and with a long service life.

Thanks to the materials used, the cookware maintains its temperature, keeping themselves warm long after they have been taken out of the oven or taken off the hob. In addition to these technical qualities, their attractive appearance makes it possible for food to be served at the table directly from them, as soon as they have been taken off the hob.

Features:

On the inside, the cookware is provided with a layer of matte enamel produced by Staub through special technologies that offer advantages in the case of cooking techniques such as simmering, baking or caramelization. Oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a smooth natural non-stick surface. That is why the Staub cookware get better and better as the years go by, as you use them.

On the outside, the cookware has at least 2-3 layers of special enamel that, in combination with special cast iron, ensures an optimal distribution of heat over the entire surface of the cookware.  

The lid is flat and has small protrusions on the inside, thus ensuring the preservation of moisture inside. Thanks to these features, a "rain" effect is formed inside the cookware, which intensifies flavours and facilitates the cooking process.

The special base makes it possible to use Staub cookware on all types of hobs, including induction ones.
