Grater, Microplane brand measuring 30.5 x 3.3 x 2.5 cm, with a scraping surface of 20.3 x 2.5 cm, with blade made of surgical stainless steel and handle made of TPE plastic.

The high-performance Premium Classic graters were derived from the Original Classic series, but have been improved with new soft ergonomic handles and anti-scratch rubber heads. The design originates from the brand's workshops, being created from stainless steel blades.

The blades are very sharp and cut both soft and hard foods without too much effort without tearing them. Each grater comes together with a plastic blade guard.

The product is ideal for grating citrus peel such as: lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, etc. or to grate hard cheeses such as: parmesan, pecorino romano or asiago cheese, you can also grate spices such as: nutmeg, cinnamon and the chili pepper can be turned into powder, but also garlic and ginger can be easily grated. Customers have recommended that the grater to be used to remove burnt edges of biscuits or bread.

The stainless steel blade is very durable, and the handle is soft and ergonomic to give your hand as much comfort as possible. For increased stability, the grater is provided with rubber feet.

The product can be cleaned in the dishwasher, but the guard shall be washed only manually.
