The blades are very sharp and cut both soft and hard foods without too much effort without tearing them. Each grater comes with a plastic blade guard.

The product is ideal for grating citrus peel such as: lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, etc. or to grate hard cheeses such as: parmesan, pecorino romano or asiago cheese. You can also easily grate spices such as: nutmeg, cinnamon and even garlic or ginger. Customers have recommended that the grater be also used to remove burnt edges of biscuits or bread. 

The blade made of surgical-grade stainless steel is very durable and the handle is ergonomic to give your hand as much comfort as possible. For increased stability, the grater is provided with rubber feet.

The product is dishwasher-safe, but the plastic guard shall be washed by hand only.
