This grater is ideal for zesting citrus fruits such as lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, etc., or for grating hard cheeses such as Parmesan, Pecorino Romano, or Asiago. You can also easily grate spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon, as well as garlic or ginger. Customers have also recommended using the grater to remove burnt parts from cookies or freshly baked bread.

The surgical stainless steel blade is highly durable, while the ergonomic handle ensures hand comfort. For added stability, the grater features rubber feet.

It is dishwasher safe, but the protective cover must be washed by hand only.
