Classic grater produced by Microplane, measuring 32.5 x 3.5 x 3 cm, with a grating surface of 20.3 x 2.5 cm, a surgical-grade stainless steel blade, and a handle made from TPE plastic.

The blades are extremely sharp and cut both soft and hard foods effortlessly without tearing or shredding them. Each grater comes with a protective plastic blade cover.
