Product description

This grinder, working as accessory to the KitchenAid mixers, helps you grind almost any type of cereals which has low humidity and are non-oily such as wheat, oats, rice, corn, barley, millet, or buckwheat and other dry cereals.

Other tips:

— The grains suitable for use must have low humidity and not be oily.
— The accessory is not suitable for grinding coffee, flaxseed, edible beans or nuts with high moisture or oil content, such as sesame seeds, peanuts, sunflower seeds and soybeans.
— Do not grind more than 1250 g of flour simultaneously without letting the mixer cool for at least 45 minutes before using it again. One cup of grain produces between 156 g (5.5 ounces) and 188 g (6.6 ounces) of flour.
— If more flour is ground than the recipe requires, keep it in the refrigerator or freezer to prevent its rancidity, because the product does not contain preservatives.

This accessory can be attached to any KitchenAid multifunctional blender.
