Ice cream preparing bowl, capacity 1.9 l, which works as an accessory for KitchenAid mixers with the exception of models with the code 5KSM3311X.
Before preparation, the bowl must be kept in the freezer for at least 15 hours, as it has a special gel in the walls. Once taken out of the freezer, attach to the KitchenAid mixers and add the mixture and then the mixing paddle and start the mixer on the speed “Stir”, for 20-30 minutes. Ice cream can be served straight away or, if you want a thicker consistency, it can be put in the freezer for another 2-4 hours.
To avoid getting scratches on the surface of the bowl, we recommend using a silicone or wooden spatula instead of a metal one.
