LATTE CREMA

The LatteCrema system technology mixes steam, air and milk in the right proportion, so as to provide you with the best foam for your favourite coffee- and milk-based beverages.

The LatteCrema system offers you dense, compact and fine milk froth, with an optimal "micro-bubbles" texture that lasts for a long time, so that you can enjoy it until the last drop!

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

The dedicated steam generating system works independently from the coffee brewing process, producing steam that helps either to obtain consistent and warm milk or to prepare velvety foam. The high-precision electronic control always ensures that the needed steam amount is generated at the optimum temperature for perfect results in every cup.

PREPARES 2 BEVERAGES SIMULTANEOUSLY

The espresso machine can brew 2 coffees at the same time, to save time. Enjoy, in each cup, espresso with the same rich flavor and hazelnut-coloured cream. The De'Longhi tubeless system reduces to minimum the amount of ground coffee left in the grinder, so that only freshly ground coffee gets used for the preparation of each espresso.

COFFEE GRINDING TECHNOLOGY

To obtain a savory coffee, Eletta has a 13-setting built-in grinder to guarantee that the coffee beans are ground as smoothly and evenly as possible and to extract the best aroma.

The conical, stainless steel grinder is calibrated with 100% accuracy and tested to guarantee that the perfect powder is obtained and the richest aroma is extracted from the coffee beans. The grinding level can be easily adjusted by hand, as preferred, depending on the selected type of coffee.

EASY TO CLEAN

The carafe is easy to disassemble and all the components can be safely cleaned in the dishwasher.

CLEANING OF CARAFE 

All the De'Longhi automatic espresso machines have been designed to simplify the maintenance processes.

To guarantee impeccable hygiene, the carafe has an integrated cleaning system: activate the function after preparing milk and all the components that have come into contact with the milk will be cleaned with hot water and steam.

CUSTOMIZATION

The recipes can be easily customized to enjoy the perfect cup of coffee, every time. You can customize the ground coffee amount by selecting beverage's aroma intensity, temperature and quantity in the cup. You can also customize the recipes at one touch of a button.

The Eletta Cappuccino espresso machine automatically prepares the following coffee-based beverages: Espresso, Coffee, Doppio+, or milk-based beverages: Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, Caffelatte, Frothed Milk, Flat White.

AUTOMATIC DECALCIFICATION PROCESS

The espresso machine is fitted with automatic decalcification process and it is recommended to use exclusively the De'Longhi EcoDecalk descaler. The EcoDecalk descaler is powerful, fast, environmentally friendly and contains only natural ingredients.

For decalcification, add 100 ml of EcoDecalk solution into the water tank, complete with fresh cold water and follow the simple instructions indicated by the espresso machine. The De'Longhi water filter protects the espresso machine from the formation of limestone deposits and helps remove impurities from water, thus, improving the coffee taste. Under normal conditions of use, the filter can be used for 2 months, then, it should be replaced with a new filter, reducing, thus, the frequency in espresso machine's decalcification.
