Moisture is created at the beginning of the baking process thanks to the ceramic material and the orifices in the lid help in obtaining that special texture, very important in preparing authentic baguettes!

The refractory ceramics developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures from up to +270°C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the dish. The enamel used in finishing protects it from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly into the dish without leaving scratching marks) making it dishwasher-safe.
