The cheese preparing dish is ideal for serving hot appetizers such as melted Brie cheese, mini-fondue or "raclette" style dinner.

You can use Brie cheese, mozzarella, goat cheese or cheddar, add walnuts or various spices to give it a more intense flavour, put the lid on and take the food to the oven. After baking, you can serve creamy cheese with crackers, toast, or you can add it over vegetables or as a garnish for meat dishes.

The practical lid will be the element that will keep the cheese creamy and will combine the flavours in a balanced way. The lid also has the role of keeping the food warm until the moment of serving.

Due to the material, namely the HR ceramics (High Resistance) that this cheese preparing dish is made of, heat is distributed evenly for gradual baking. The surface of the cooking dish is very resilient, non-porous, being durable and easy to clean.
