That's why Emile Henry has developed this special bread dish capable of providing results very close to traditional ovens. The domed lid allows even baking and provides constant moisture, crucial aspects in making quality bread. Additionally, it allows the water from condensation to flow back onto the bread's surface to be absorbed entirely by the end of baking. This evaporation allows the bread to bake while retaining moisture. Thus, you'll achieve a light, elastic crumb, while the crust will be crispy and golden.

Thanks to the grooved surface of the bread tray, the bread won't stick and will be easy to remove!

Refractory ceramic developed in Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures up to 270 °C and evenly distributes heat across the entire surface of the dish. The enamel used in finishing the dish protects it from scratches and chips (you can cut directly on the dish without scratching it), allowing it to be washed in the dishwasher.
