HR® ceramic (High Resistance), developed in Emile Henry laboratories, withstands temperatures of up to 270°C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the dish. The glaze used to finish the dish protects it from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly in the dish without scratching the product), making it dishwasher safe.
