The bowl is ideal for a quickly prepared and immediately served salad.

The HR® (High Resistance) ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures of up to 270°C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the dishware. The enamel used in finishing protects the product from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly in the bowl without leaving scratch marks), making it dishwasher-safe.
