Baking tray, aluminium, 53 x 32.5 cm GN 1/1 - AMT Gastroguss

AMT Gastroguss baking tray, dimensions 53 x 32.5 cm GN 1/1, made from aluminium, with Lotan® non-stick coating and manufactured in Germany.

The tray has a smooth surface and a thickness of 2 mm.

All AMT Gastroguss products are made of hand-cast aluminium by skilled craftsmen. Among the advantages of hand-cast aluminium are longer curing times, which reduce material stress, homogeneous casting, and fewer air pockets compared to machine casting.

The aluminium base of Gastroguss products is first blasted to increase the adhesion surface for the subsequent layers by a factor of 12. The first layer applied is titanium oxide, fired at 20,000°C, making it almost as hard as diamond. The next layers include: an anti-corrosion layer, a mid-layer with ceramic particles, and the final surface non-stick coating called Lotan®.

The Lotan® non-stick coating offers all the benefits of traditional non-stick surfaces but does not contain PFOA.

Oven-safe up to 260°C.

Can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
