Grill tray, aluminum, 53 x 32.5 cm GN 1/1 - AMT Gastroguss

AMT Gastroguss grill tray – size 53 × 32.3 cm GN 2/3, height 2 cm, made from aluminium, with Lotan® non-stick coating, made in Germany.

The grill tray has a diamond structure and is intended for use in restaurants, perfect for preparing meat, fish, vegetables and pizza.

All AMT Gastroguss products are made from hand-cast aluminium by experienced craftsmen. Among the advantages of hand cast aluminium are: longer hardening time, which prevents stress for the material, homogeneous casting and less air bubbles in the material than with robotic casting.

AMT Gastroguss cookware have a very thick base, up to 9 mm thick. This stores more energy and does not overheat easily. AMT Gastroguss cookware are also renowned for the fact that the base does not deform over time, even when subjected to extreme temperature variations.

The aluminium that underlies Gastroguss products is first given a titanium oxide coating and then a base layer that protects against corrosion. After these base layers, there is a middle layer of ceramic particles and a non-stick surface layer called Lotan®.

The Lotan® layer offers all the advantages of a classic non-stick coating, but does all this without containing PFOA.

This product can withstand temperatures up to 240 °C and can be used on all hobs, except on the induction hobs.
