The bread knife from the Miyabi 5000MCD series will delight any lover of Japanese knives.

The strong, serrated blade, measuring 23 cm in length, impresses with its outstanding quality and authentic edge obtained using the traditional Japanese Honbazuke method.

The knife can also be used to cut crusty bread, crispy rolls, pastries filled with meat, and even fish.

The core of the blade, made from MicroCarbide MC63 steel, is surrounded by 100 additional layers of steel with different hardness levels. This results in a unique Damascus pattern for each knife.

The CRYODUR® ice-hardening technology provides exceptional cutting performance, corrosion resistance, and optimal blade flexibility.

The ergonomic handle made from Masur birch wood ensures optimal knife control and intensive use without fatigue. In addition, the more frequently it is used, the more beautiful it becomes.
