BRITA OnTap water filtration system

With the OnTap water filtration system, Brita brand, having a capacity of 600 l, you drink pure water, free of impurities.
The OnTap drinking water filtration system with a premium design is innovative, with a high quality filtration system that eliminates up to 99.99% of bacteria, chlorine, microplastic particles, pharmaceutical residues, hormones, but also the level of pesticides and herbicides.

Filtration technology
The filter works a sieve and it retains substances and molecules that are larger than the filter membrane, respectively if they exceed the size of 0.1µm. Reduces micro-particles such as micro-plastic and bacteria.
Due to the active technology, water retains its calcium and magnesium content, and the activated carbon in the filter component removes odors and chlorine, but also decreases the level of heavy metals such as lead.
You can enjoy the authentic taste of water which, once filtered, will be much clearer and the impurities will be completely reduced.

LCD display
The filtration system is equipped with an LCD screen that displays the remaining capacity of the filtered water and a handle to differentiate the filtered water from the unfiltered one.

You have 3 options to use:

- position for unfiltered water;
- position for shower function - unfiltered water;
- position for filtered water.

The filter device works with a CR2032 battery, included in the package.

Filter capacity
The capacity of the OnTap filtration system is 600 l, the equivalent of 3-4 months of use and has a flow rate of 1.6 L/min. The computed average consumption is about 6 l/day.

After each filter change, you need to reset the display by pressing the button on the left side of the device.

Shower Function
To make your work easier in the kitchen, the system has a shower function for washing vegetables and fruit, when the tap is in position for unfiltered water.

The system comes together with 5 types of adapters, which fit the faucet models with the features listed below:

• Tap provided with removable aerator - outer filament with a diameter of 22mm - as an alternative to adapter 2;
• Tap provided with removable aerator - outer filament with a diameter of 22mm - as an alternative to adapter 1;
• Tap provided with removable aerator - outer filament with a diameter of 23mm;
• Tap provided with removable aerator - outer filament with a diameter of 24mm;
• Universal adapter with a diameter ranging between 13-25mm.

Filter system installation instructions

In order to start using the filter system, it is necessary to remove the foil from the surface of the battery and then press the reset button. The battery compartment as well as the reset button are located on the left side of the filter system.

Then remove the faucet aerator and choose one of the adapters included in the package, depending on the faucet diameter. Attach the filter equipped with adapter to the tap and insert the filter on the right side of the filtration system.

Before using the filter for the first time, let water run for 1-2 minutes to remove any impurities and then you can confidently use the new Brita filter system.
