This pancake pan is suitable for the preparation of both the Russian speciality called "Blinis" and of the small-sized pancakes.

The very resistant French-style handle is made of steel and is welded to the pancake pan.

The pancake pan is compatible with any types of cooktops, including induction hobs. 

Note: to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the pancake pan in dishwasher. Before the first use, the frying pan needs to go through a process of seasoning to attain natural non-stick features.
