The EdgeSelect Professional 130 electric knife sharpener produced by Chef's Choice is the ideal solution for enhanced cutting performance, suitable for sharpening knives with a 20° angled blade.

Model 130 is designed for sharpening household knives (including serrated ones), pocket knives, and certain sports knives. Do not attempt to sharpen scissors, axe blades, or any blade that does not fit freely into the slots.

For sharpening serrated blades, only use Stage 3 to avoid removing excessive metal from the serrations.

Always ensure the knife blade is thoroughly cleaned before sharpening.

Sharpening Stages

The EdgeSelect Professional 130 electric sharpener features three sharpening stages:

Stage 1: Using 100% diamonds, the hardest natural substance on earth, the coarse abrasive disks create a new knife blade edge in an arc shape in the first stage.
