The "Duo" kitchen knife is a multipurpose knife with a 15.5 cm long blade that allows you to easily perform many tasks in the kitchen.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot forged and hardened through an ice heat treatment. It is then professionally sharpened and polished to ensure a smooth and precise cutting.

Stainless steel - 1.4116 - has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. The 56 HRC hardness of the stainless steel guarantees a long service life and an easy resharpening process.

The handle has an ergonomic structure and non-slip properties. It is double-injection molded, featuring a hard PPC plastic core, which gives it high resistance and a TPE coating, for comfort and increased grip.

Knives in the Duo series are optimized to ensure high strength and durability. They are suitable for use by both professional chefs and gastronomy enthusiasts.

Manual cleaning of the knife is recommended. Dry immediately with a dry cloth.
