Bread knife with a 22.5 cm blade, made from 1.4116 stainless steel, produced by Pirge.

With the Duo bread knife, you can easily slice through crusty loaves and even freshly baked warm bread straight from the oven.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot-forged and hardened using a cryogenic heat treatment. It is then professionally sharpened and polished to ensure precise cutting.

1.4116 stainless steel has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. The steel’s hardness of 56 HRC guarantees long-lasting use and easy resharpening.

The handle features an ergonomic design and anti-slip properties. It is moulded using dual injection, with a durable PPC plastic core that provides high strength, and a TPE coating for enhanced comfort and grip.

The Duo series knives are optimized to ensure high durability and resistance. They are suitable for use by both professional chefs and culinary enthusiasts.

Manual washing is recommended. Dry immediately with a soft cloth.
