1.4116 stainless steel has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot-forged and subjected to a cryogenic heat treatment. The 56 HRC hardness of the stainless steel ensures long-lasting performance and easy sharpening.

The blade is professionally sharpened and polished, providing smooth and precise cuts.

The handle features an ergonomic design with anti-slip properties. It is moulded through dual injection, with a durable PPC plastic core for strength and a TPE coating for enhanced comfort and grip.
