Cleaver, 25 cm, "Duo", Red - Pirge

Professional cleaver with a 25 cm blade, made from 1.4116 stainless steel, produced by Pirge.

The Duo No. 3 cleaver features a strong stainless steel structure and a hygienic, sturdy handle. It can be used for cutting meat with bones, fish, vegetables, or fruits.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot-forged and ice-hardened. It is sharpened on both sides at a 30° angle and professionally polished.

The 1.4116 stainless steel has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. The 56 HRC hardness ensures long-lasting blade performance and easy resharpening.

The handle has an ergonomic structure and anti-slip properties. It is made using double injection molding, with a core of durable PPC plastic for strength and a TPE coating for enhanced comfort and grip.

Products from the Duo series are optimized to guarantee high resistance and durability. They are suitable for use by both chefs and professional butchers.
