Multifunctional pan, Demeyere brand, 24 cm in diameter, 5 cm high, made of 7-Ply material 3 mm thick, matte finish and long handle from stainless steel.

The walls of the frying pan are made, starting from the inside, from an outer layer of 18/10 stainless steel, 2 thicker inner layers of aluminium, which include a thick inner middle layer of aluminium alloy and 3 layers of special alloys of Triplinduc® type. The surface is finished with the help of the SILVINOX® technology.

TriplInduc® is a unique combination of 3 alloys that allows you to easily switch from a gas stove (or any other type of stove) to induction or vice versa. Moreover, TriplInduc® offers up to 30% more induction efficiency and guarantees that the base will remain flat, even after many years of use.

Thanks to the cast stainless steel handle, this pan can be handled easily and safely, as the handle will remain pleasant to the touch during the cooking process.

Can be used on all types of hobs, including induction hobs. Do not use in microwaves.
