The frying pan is ideal to fry foods, to caramelize or to make flambé.

The quality materials that the frying pan is made of (5-ply) – a combination between stainless steel, on the outside, and aluminum inside the layer – prevent deformation. These two materials have excellent thermal properties, creating even heat distribution.

The "Lyonnaise" profile of the frying pan, with sloping and rounded sides, with no sharp angles, allows easy sliding of the foods from frying pan onto the plate or dish wherefrom they will be served.

The design of the stainless-steel handle, secured with very solid rivets, is durable, smooth, and allows the frying pan to be handled comfortably. The frying pan was so designed that the temperature increases gradually.

The non-stick coating is highly resistant to scratches.

Tip: increase the temperature gradually, especially on induction hobs, because the material is very receptive and diffuses heat excellently.

Do not overheat nor heat the frying pan when empty. Do not use metal utensils.

The frying pan can also be cleaned in dishwasher. If you want to maintain the polished appearance of the frying pan, all you have to do is to use a special paste to this end.

This frying pan can be used on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.
