Oval-shaped "Mineral B" frying pan with 2 handles, dimensions 36 x 24 cm, made of steel, de Buyer brand.

Frying pan suitable for frying or oven cooking, being compatible with any cooktops.
The frying pan is a true helper when you cook whole fish.

This steel frying pan is coated with beeswax (finishing that protects it against oxidation) which facilitates the seasoning process. After seasoning, the frying pan gradually acquires natural non-stick properties.

The frying pan has 2 riveted stainless steel handles that allow for easy handling.

Tip: preheat the frying pan with a bit of oil inside.

The frying pan is compatible with any types of cooktops, including induction hobs, and is oven-safe.

Care and use 
Before use, preheat the frying pan and add a small amount of fat. Do the seasoning process before the first use. 
Deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and gently grease the surface with oil.
To preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergent and do not clean the frying pan in the dishwasher.

Note: as it is used, it is normal for the pan to change colour (it will become darker) in an uneven way. This reaction is normal and ensures the development of the natural non-stick properties of the steel pan.
