The finishing was made with natural beeswax that protects the pancake pan from oxidation and facilitates the seasoning process before use (see details in the video below). After seasoning, the pancake pan gradually acquires natural non-stick properties.

The highly resistant, French-style handle is made of steel and is secured with very solid rivets.

The pancake pan will help you prepare specialties such as: blinis (Russian pancakes), fritters (vegetable meatballs), pancakes.

The product is compatible with any types of cooktops, including induction hobs.

Tips for care and use: Before use, preheat the pancake pan by adding a little oil. Perform the seasoning process for the pancake pan before using it for the first time. Degrease, rinse with warm water, dry the pancake pan immediately after washing and lightly coat the surface with 1-2 drops of oil, then wipe the pan again with a paper towel.

Advice: to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the pancake pan in dishwasher.

Note: as it is used, it is normal for the pancake pan to change colour (it will become darker) in an uneven way. This reaction is normal and ensures the development of the natural non-stick properties of the steel pan.
