Suitable for intensive professional use, cold or hot use, without temperature limit. Pastries will be perfectly baked and even, thanks to the Ø 2-mm perforations located all over the cake mould surface. 

The removable base allows for easy cleaning. The cake mould is dishwasher-safe. 

The cake mould is supplied with 1 baking paper that can be reused over 200 times. Use temperature from -170 to +260°C.
