All-in-one “FRESH & SAVE” vacuum bowl set produced by Zwilling, ideal for food preparation, serving, and storage.

The set includes:
- 1 size S bowl - maximum capacity 450 ml, usable capacity 350 ml, dimensions (Ø x height): 12 x 8.1 cm;
- 1 size M bowl - maximum capacity 2.1 L, usable capacity 1.75 L, dimensions (Ø x height): 18 x 12.7 cm;

The bowls are made from heat-resistant glass and feature BPA-free plastic lids with a valve and silicone sealing gasket.

The vacuum bowls are designed to work with the FRESH & SAVE vacuum pump, helping keep food fresh up to five times longer than in conventional containers. The FRESH & SAVE vacuum pump can be purchased separately from here.

The Fresh & Save system helps reduce food waste, allowing you to vacuum-seal and then refrigerate or freeze fresh fruit, vegetables, pasta, rice, and other prepared foods. This allows you to enjoy their freshness and nutrients for a much longer period of time.

How the vacuum-sealing process works

Place the vacuum pump on the container valve and, with the press of a button, extract the air in just a few seconds. The pump stops automatically once sufficient pressure has been reached, preserving flavors and vitamins.

Keep track of frozen food

To prevent your food from being forgotten in the refrigerator or freezer, you can easily register it in the ZWILLING Culinary World app: scan the printed QR code before storing the container, then follow the notifications that let you know when it is time to consume the food.

The free app determines the shelf life of foods and notifies you in time with an alert as soon as they should be consumed.
