The size L bowl has a maximum capacity of 5 L, a usable capacity of 4 L, and dimensions (Ø x Height): 24 x 15.9 cm.

It is made of heat-resistant glass and features a BPA-free plastic lid with a valve and silicone sealing gasket.

How the vacuum process works

Place the vacuum pump on the container’s valve and, with the simple press of a button, extract the air in just a few seconds. The pump stops automatically once sufficient pressure has been reached, preserving flavors and vitamins.

Keep track of frozen food

To make sure your food is not forgotten in the refrigerator or freezer, you can easily register it in the ZWILLING Culinary World app: scan the printed QR code before storing the container and then follow the timely notifications when it is time to consume the food.

The free app determines the shelf life of food and informs you in time through a notification as soon as it should be consumed.
