Staub products are manufactured from cast iron of very good quality with enhanced  resistance to scratching and chipping, easy to clean and with a long service life.

Features:
On the inside, the grill pan is provided with a layer of matt black enamel produced by Staub through special technologies that offer advantages in cooking techniques. Oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matt enamel and create a smooth natural non-stick surface. That is why the Staub cookware gets better and better as the years go by, as you use them.

The grill pan can be used on the gas hob operating with flame, electric hob, vitro-ceramic hob and halogen hob.

The product is not dishwasher-safe.
