Staub products are made from a very good quality cast iron with increased resistance to scratches and chipping, easy to clean and with an extended lifespan.

Characteristics:
On the inside, the dish is provided with a matte black enamel layer produced by Staub through special technologies that offer advantages in the case of cooking techniques. The oils (fats) used during cooking will penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a smooth natural non-stick surface . That's why Staub dishes get better and better over the years, as you use them.

It can be used on gas stoves, electric stoves, glass-ceramic stoves and halogen stoves.

It is not suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
