This tart dish with low and corrugated walls, made of heat-resistant ceramics, is ideal for baking and serving tarts and various cakes. This tart dish keeps the bakings warm for longer and its generous size allows you to serve up to 6 servings. 

The HR®ceramics (High Resistance) developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures up to 270°C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the product. The enamel used for finishing protects the product from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly in the tart dish without leaving scratch marks), making it dishwasher-safe.
